Thaddeus Woosley serves as vice president and head of marketing for Aon Risk Solutions U.S. Retail. In this role he is responsible for driving lead generation and growth programs, building value propositions for product and industry specialty groups, and further strengthening Aon’s industry-leading brand position in the U.S. He is a member of the Aon Risk Solutions U.S. Retail Executive Committee.

The Aon Risk Solutions U.S. Retail marketing team creates innovative branding campaigns, sales initiatives and internal communications to spread Aon’s expertise to clients and prospects.

Woosley joined Aon as a member of Aon’s public relations team in 2005. Since then he has held a number of leadership roles, including head of employee engagement for Aon, head of marketing for the company’s human resources consulting unit and head of marketing for the global client segment within Aon Risk Solutions. Most recently he served as deputy head of marketing for Aon Risk Solutions U.S. Retail.

During his time at Aon Woosley was also a member of the team that conceived, developed and launched Aon’s global client service methodology, Aon Client Promise®, in 2008. As part of this team he worked closely with leaders in the U.S., Latin America, Central / Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific to conduct client testing and pilot programs, as well as implement training for colleagues as part of the global roll out.  

Woosley is a graduate of Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo., where he earned a bachelor of arts in organizational behavior.
